The office’s open-space effect allows immediate patient interaction with our medical staff. The patient examination rooms and discharge areas are situated at the periphery of the office space and are not viewable from the patient waiting areas. This design allows free patient flow in an open-air environment while maintaining patient privacy. The patient waiting area is equipped with two wall-mounted information/entertainment centers for patient education and comfort. The office space easily accommodates three physicians working simultaneously without an interruption in patient flow. The patient intake and discharge areas allow for the ease of rescheduling and follow-ups. Clinics are scheduled daily, and urgent and same day emergency appointments are available. The medical office has a conference room that is equipped for local and remote-site video conferencing and presentations.

West GI accepts most health plans with most major medical groups and IPAs. The physicians are on staff at most hospitals in the Los Angeles area in order to provide quality care for the convenience of our patients and primary care physicians. Most procedures are scheduled on an outpatient basis.
