Welcome to West Gastroenterology Medical Group. Our appointment scheduler is available Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm. Appointments taken are for treatment times between the hours of 9am to 4pm. The scheduler is able to schedule any necessary procedures with the medical clinic. To schedule an appointment, please call our main number at (562) 247-4050.

The internet has changed communication in many ways. As a convenience to our online patients, we are providing the ability to view, reschedule, or cancel appointments via the internet. This option is available for all of our locations.

Once you download these forms, please fill them out to their entirety and bring them with you to your appointment. This will help expedite your registration process.

To request medical records, please download the file below and follow the instructions to fax the form back to our offices. The requested information will be gathered and faxed or mailed back to the number or address indicated. Please ensure that all incoming faxes or mail is accessible only by authorized individuals.

If you have an urgent gastrointestinal problem and would like to consult a specialist, please call the medical clinic located on the premises. The information provided is not for emergency situations. In the case of a true emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
